Who we are

Union Of Myanmar Travel Association (UMTA) is a Non-Governmental Organization founded in 2002 incorporating leading all registered Travels & Tours Companies under the Ministry of Union Government Office, Registration of team.

After more than 20 years of stagnation and slow growth, Myanmar Tourism gained momentum when the government permitted private entrepreneurs to form tour companies in 1992-1993.
